                                                 Short report

 Produce a short report in which you discuss the advantages and disadvantages of moving to an IT-based communication system. You should aim to evaluate the social impact and the effect on working practises.
I am producing short report on the advantages and disadvantages of moving to a it based communication system.

Advantages
Talk to people around the world
Sending business reports
Any time in the day
It’s cheaper sending
Quick sending
You don’t have to worry about time difference
Using the it based system you can use it for talking to people around the world you know, you can use it for sending business forms and presentation you use it any time any day, its cheaper sending by computer than a letter, it will be at your destination in one day and you don’t need to worry about time difference it’s 24 hours.
Disadvantages
One of the disadvantages is it  might crash, can’t tell if someone is joking around, it might get slow, there are no face expressions so you don’t know if someone is upset, it will cost to host a website and you can’t have private conisations.
Risks
The risks of an IT-based are that it could crash and all of the information will be lost you could be hacked and a computer virus companies could steel ideas from it for their IT based although I think that the program is a good understand able simple and good for any type of business.
